This was one of the most beautiful experiences of Maverick’s artistic life. He represented France at the Washington ‘Kids Euro Festival’ with his show ‘Mister Crobs the Magician’. A dream come true with an exciting programme: 17 Oct– Marival School, Rockville 18 Oct– Children’s National, an incredible children’s hospital 19 Oct – Washington Yu Ying, a school for total immersion in Chinese 19 Oct – The JF Kennedy Millenium Centre 20 Oct – Cleveland Park Library 20 Oct – Alliance Française in Washington 21 Oct – WPAS Arts Theatre, a performance centre in the Washington suburbs 21 Oct –La Maison Française, a marvelous hall at the French Embassy, with an unforgettable audience. 22 October Wellwood International School, Pikesville 22 Oct – Baltimore International Academy, Baltimore.

March 2011 The French Institute in Annaba The whole of Annaba welcomed maverick. A week of surprises, amazement and meetings. The Algerian public wanted many shows. Following the first performance requests for shows came pouring in, creating many comical situations: schools, restaurants, hospitals and night clubs. Everyone wanted the magician. 15th January -15th February 2012 The French Institute in Tlemcen The French Institute in Oran The French Institute in Annaba The French Institute in Constantine The programme: A children’s show, a conference ‘The World of the Mages’, magic workshops and Maverick’s show. One week in each town. Each town presented new experiences, new teams and new challenges. Maverick performed shows in schools, hospitals, and in halls that were quite different to those he’s used to in Europe; He played in consulates and had some unforgettable experiences, like a ‘Close-up’ show in one of the most beautiful Maghreb hotels in Oran, The Royal.
